Our AMPI Associate (broker), Chris Jordan Tolvo, moved to the Bay of Banderas 7 years ago and had a very unpleasant experience in the buying process. When he opened his agency, Sunrise to Sunset Homes, he did so with one goal… to never let any client feel as lost and confused as he did during the purchase and after closing. It was an extremely stressful experience that left him feeling like he had made a huge mistake moving to Mexico.
